- Plan and control all import activities from overseas suppliers to warehouse or production site delivery.
- Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers for shipment booking, documentation, and delivery scheduling.
- Review and verify import documents (Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, COO, COM, etc.) for customs clearance.
- Manage and track import licenses, FDA/food registration, and other relevant permits in compliance with Thai regulations.
- Ensure timely customs clearance and delivery while minimizing demurrage, detention, and storage costs.
- Negotiate freight rates and monitor service performance of logistics partners.
- Analyze and control import costs, lead times, and logistics KPIs for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with Procurement, Supply Planning, and Warehouse teams to align shipment timelines with demand and production plans.
- Prepare import reports and monthly logistics performance summaries for management review.
- Supervise, coach, and develop shipping team members to ensure operational excellence.
Qualifications :
- Age : 30–35
- Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, International Trade, Transportation Management, or related field required.
- Minimum 3–4 years progressive experience in shipping/import operations, including 1-3 years in a supervisory/managerial role.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage peak seasons, and respond to supply disruptions.
