Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute CRM strategy (Retail/FMCG).
- Manage customer data, segmentation, and analysis for insights.
- Plan and implement targeted CRM campaigns across channels.
- Oversee automated CRM programs and customer journeys.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and IT for customer experience.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on CRM campaign performance.
- Manage CRM budget.
- Stay updated on Retail/FMCG CRM trends.
- Potentially manage a CRM team.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's in Marketing, Business, or related.
- 3+ years CRM marketing experience (Retail/FMCG preferred).
- Strong CRM principles and tech knowledge.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Experience with segmentation, targeting, and personalization.
