Marketing Platform and Social Media Manager
Job Description:
- Build & Lead Content Ecosystem
- Establish and lead in-house content studio (graphic, video, adaptation)
- Define content production model, workflow, and templates
- Drive transition from agency-dependent model scalable in-house capability
- Ensure speed, consistency, and quality of content output - Content Strategy & Platform Leadership
- Define platform role and content strategy across: TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Ecommerce platforms
- Translate brand campaigns into multi-format content ecosystem
- Drive always-on content approach beyond campaign-based marketing - Influencer & Creator Ecosystem
- Develop and lead influencer strategy (macro, micro, seeding)
- Build and manage long-term creator network
- Identify and scale high-performing influencers
- Ensure strong alignment between influencer content and brand direction - Social & Community Engagement
- Oversee social media direction and engagement strategy
- Ensure active community management (comments, interaction, responsiveness)
- Build stronger consumer connection and brand relevance - Content Performance & Optimization
- Define and track content performance metrics
- Lead test & learn approach (format, messaging, creators)
- Continuously improve content ROI and efficiency - Cross-functional Integration
- Work closely with:
- Brand Team (strategy & campaign direction)
- Ecommerce Team (conversion & performance)
- Ensure one integrated marketing ecosystem - Team Leadership & Capability Building
- Lead and develop content team and Influencer Manager (or Assistant Manager)
- Set clear priorities, workflow, and performance standards
- Build a fast, execution-driven, high-output team culture - Budget & Efficiency Management
- Manage content and influencer budget allocation
