Job Description:

1. Marketing Communication

- Develop and implement integrated marketing communication plans to align with brand positioning and business goals.

- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure consistent brand messaging and effective campaign execution.

- Manage and monitor communication materials to maintain brand tone and visual identity across all channels.

2. Media Management

- Plan and manage media-mix strategies across online and offline channels to maximize reach and effectiveness.

- Monitor, analyze, and optimize media performance with clear KPIs and data-driven insights.

- Work closely with media agencies to evaluate and improve campaign efficiency and ROI.

3. Social Listening & Insight Analysis

- Conduct social listening to monitor brand sentiment, competitor activities, and consumer trends.

- Analyze online conversations and provide actionable insights to support communication and campaign strategies.

- Prepare regular social media reports summarizing key metrics, engagement trends, and audience insights to guide future planning.

4. Campaign Management

- Lead end-to-end campaign planning, execution, and post-campaign analysis.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign timelines and objectives are achieved.

- Track and evaluate campaign performance, providing recommendations for optimization and improvement.

5. Market & Trend Awareness

- Stay up to date with market movements, consumer behavior, and new media innovations.

- Apply insights from market trends and social data to refine future campaign strategies.

Qualifications

  • Thai Nationality Only
  • No gender restriction; age not over 30 years
  • Bachelors degree or higher in Marketing or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in Marketing
  • Experience in Marketing or working with an agency is a plus
  • Strong interest in games, manga, animation, or pop culture; good understanding of Gen Z trends and language
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, online platforms, and Google Drive
  • Creative thinker with the ability to clearly explain the rationale behind decisions and creative work
  • Detail-oriented with strong interpersonal skills
