Job Description:

Key Roles & Responsibility :

1) People Development

  • Competency based management (CBM) identifies key skills required for an employee/ executive to achieve a set target; develop and optimize these skills and align to organizations strategies and goals.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Manager to establish a learning and development strategy for people within the company. This involves planning, objectives, and annual budgeting. Ensure execution of the plan to align and support the company's strategy.
  • Design skill development programs and various learning and development programs for employees in different formats, such as online training, etc. Execute the planned programs and evaluate the learning outcomes and people development.
  • Act as an internal instructor and facilitator for soft skill courses within the organization as assigned.
  • Provide advice and guidance to managers and employees regarding people development.

2) Organization Development

  • Develop and implement organization-wide strategies for employee engagement, performance, and overall effectiveness.
  • Conduct assessments to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address issues and inefficiencies.
  • Collaborate with HR and leadership to develop and implement talent management, succession planning, and performance management strategies.
  • Design and facilitate workshops, training programs, and other initiatives to foster employee development and leadership capabilities.
  • Lead and support change management efforts to ensure smooth implementation of new initiatives and organizational changes.
  • Work with various departments and stakeholders to align OD initiatives with business goals and ensure successful implementation.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of OD initiatives, making adjustments as needed.

3) Performance Management System (PMS)

  • Lead the implementation, administration, and continuous improvement of the performance management system.
  • Oversee the performance appraisal process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback mechanisms.
  • Ensure employee performance and individual goals are aligned with the company's strategic objectives and outcomes.
  • Analyze performance metrics and provide reports to evidence achievement of objectives and inform decision-making.
  • Design and implement techniques to optimize performance, quality, and utilization within the organization.
  • Lead learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Foster a positive and productive work environment that promotes employee engagement and collaboration.

Qualifications :

  • Strategic Alignment: Links L&D/OD plans and budgets directly to Organizational Strategy.
  • L&D Expertise: Proficient in CBM, curriculum design, and acting as an internal facilitator.
  • OD Mastery: Leads Change Management, conducts organizational diagnosis, and implements Talent/Engagement strategies.
  • PMS Proficiency: Manages the Performance Management System (PMS), including goal setting and performance metrics analysis.
  • Leadership & Influence: Drives collaboration and influences stakeholders across the business.
