Job Description:

1. Supply Chain Strategy & Optimization

  • Develop and implement supply chain strategies to enhance efficiency, productivity, and operational quality.
  • Manage overall supply chain costs and lead sustainable cost-reduction initiatives.
  • Utilize data analytics to monitor KPIs, evaluate performance, and identify continuous improvement opportunities.

2. Procurement & Supplier Management

  • Oversee the procurement of raw materials and packaging to ensure quality, timeliness, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers; monitor raw material quality and resolve issues with cross-functional teams.
  • Prepare and manage purchasing documentation such as purchase orders, invoices, and packing lists.
  • Evaluate supplier performance and implement risk-mitigation strategies related to sourcing.

3. Import / Export & Regulatory Compliance

  • Direct and supervise import, export, and local fulfillment activities.
  • Coordinate customs clearance processes and ensure all operations comply with relevant laws, regulations, and documentation requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records and logs for shipments, inventory, and related activities.

4. Warehouse, Inventory & 3PL Management

  • Oversee warehouse operations, stock accuracy, and physical inventory counting.
  • Manage inventory control processes and implement measures to minimize discrepancies and stock losses.
  • Coordinate with logistics providers and 3PL partners to ensure efficient warehousing, transportation, and on-time delivery.
  • Manage service level agreements (SLAs) and monitor performance of 3PL partners.

5. Quality, Food Safety & Risk Management

  • Work closely with quality teams and suppliers to address raw material quality issues and drive improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety standards, quality guidelines, and relevant regulatory requirements.
  • Identify, manage, and mitigate supply chain risks, including disruptions and operational vulnerabilities.

6. Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Lead, develop, and manage the supply chain team, fostering a culture of performance and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal departments such as Operations, Marketing, and Finance to support organizational goals

JOB SPECIFICATION

  • Bachelors Degree : Bachelor of Science Program in Food Technology and etc.
  • Experience: 7 years
  • Strong analytics, good decision-making, great negotiator, and quality focus.
  • Minimum 7 years of managerial experience in supply chain management related to the food and beverage or retail industry.
  • Familiar with complex supply models, ERP systems, and procurement techniques.
  • Able to use computer Google Drive / Google Sheet / Google Slides efficiently.
