- Assist in reviewing and verifying accounting entries related to prepaid expenses recorded by Transaction service team, such as deposits, advance payments, and others, and ensure consistent amortization in accordance with accounting standards.
- Participate in physical inventory counts with warehouse staff and prepare inventory reconciliation reports.
- Ensure accurate recording of cost of goods sold (COGS) in the accounting system.
- Record accounting transactions related to the acquisition and disposal of fixed assets (including purchases, disposals, and depreciation calculation prior to posting) and prepare detailed fixed asset schedules and supporting documents in an accurate and organized manner.
- Prepare and update detailed schedules of other asset categories, such as current and non-current assets, including various types of deposits and guarantees.
- Prepare bank reconciliation reports prior to submission for review and approval by Financial Reporting and Tax compliance manager.
- Assist in reviewing and verifying liability-related accounts beyond trade payables, such as other payables, accrued expenses, and provisions, ensuring proper and timely adjustments in accordance with accounting principles.
- Prepare supporting schedules for liability accounts excluding trade payables, such as accrued expenses, tax payables (e.g., VAT or withholding tax payable), and unearned revenues.
- Record interest expenses and perform amortization of various types of borrowings accurately and prepare detailed loan account schedules regularly.
- Prepare and update supporting schedules for other liability categories, including current and non-current liabilities, as applicable.
-Prepare additional reports or other accounting-related details as requested by relevant departments (if any).
- Ensure accurate, complete, and consistent data entry into the ERP system.
- Perform other tasks assigned by Financial Reporting manager.
Qualifications :
- No Gender. Age : 23-27 Years.
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Accounting (CPA preferred).
- Holder of a valid CPD license, if any.
- New Graduate or 1 years of experience in Audit or Accounting.
- Proven knowledge of accounting regulations, practices, and standards (TFRS) with strong understanding of local taxation regulation.
- Having experience or knowledge in ERP system: (e.g. SAP, SAP Business One).
