- Review and record prepaid expenses, deposits, and amortization in line with accounting standards.
- Participate in inventory counts, prepare reconciliation reports, and ensure accurate COGS recording.
- Record acquisition/disposal of fixed assets, depreciation, and prepare supporting schedules.
- Maintain schedules for other asset categories (current & non-current, deposits, guarantees).
- Prepare bank reconciliation reports for manager review.
2) Liabilities
- Review and adjust liability accounts beyond trade payables (accrued expenses, provisions, tax payables).
- Prepare supporting schedules for liabilities such as accrued expenses, tax payables, and unearned revenue.
- Record interest expenses, amortize borrowings, and update loan schedules.
- Maintain schedules for current and non-current liabilities.
3) Others
- Prepare additional reports as requested by relevant departments.
- Ensure accurate and consistent ERP data entry.
* Perform other tasks assigned by the Financial Reporting Manager.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors Degree or higher in Accounting (CPA preferred), Holder of a valid CPD license, if any.
- Over 5 years of experience in Audit or Accounting.
- Proven knowledge of accounting regulations, practices, and standards (TFRS) with strong understanding of local taxation regulation.
- Having experience or knowledge in ERP system: (e.g. SAP, - SAP Business One, Flowaccount)
